It is God who calls and the faith community that responds. God's people gather together to worship and play in the form of singing, praying, studying, serving and sharing faith. Through CHRISTIAN EDUCATION we invite people to be transformed as they come to know and experience God through Jesus and grow and serve as Christian disciples.

Women’s Bible Study: When God Winks on New Beginnings:
Signposts of Encouragement for Fresh Starts and Second Chances
The best is yet to be… “GodWinks” are the so-called circumstances that are delivered directly to you, one of nearly seven-billion people on the planet, at particularly needed moments in your life. Like the wink you received from a loved one as a child that meant, “Hey, kid, I’m thinking of you right now,” … GodWinks are messages of encouragement from above. With more incredible-but-true stories about how God communicates with us through everyday circumstances, Squire Rushnell delivers another powerful book geared toward people at a crossroads in life—a time when these winks are most needed! Facilitator:Samantha Wesley; Day Offered:Tuesday mornings at 10:00 am OR Tuesday evenings at 7:00 pm; Only 2 slots available for the morning class; Only 7 slots available for the evening class; Cost of Book:$6.25; Beginning Tuesday, January 11, 2011
This We Believe:
The Core of Wesleyan Faith and Practice
For John Wesley, the Bible is the joyfully consistent testimony of God’s never-ending grace and ever-seeking love. Likewise, studying the Bible is more than merely knowing what Scripture says; it is also about living every day as a child of God. Beginning with the Core Terms found in The Wesley Study Bible, Bishop Willimon systematically lays out key Wesleyan tenets of faith so that you will have a fresh way to hear God’s voice, share in God’s grace, and become more like Jesus Christ. Facilitator: Trevor Eppehimer; Course Offered: Wednesday evenings, 6:15-7:15 pm; Cost of Book:$10.50 (due at time of first class); Location:Class meets in the Media Center, Room 101; Beginning January 12, 2011
