Camp Discovery is a free summer camp ministry of First United Methodist Church of Salisbury, NC.
Each summer, children and families in our community experience faith, friendship, and fun as they encounter God’s love in new and creative ways.
Faith in action — We believe children discover God’s presence not just through worship, but in exploring, creating, serving, and building relationships.
Safe and welcoming — All are welcome. We strive to make every child feel valued, known, and loved.
Hands-on learning — Through games, crafts, music, stories, nature walks, service projects, and more, campers grow in spirit, mind, and body.
Community building — Campers form new friendships, learn to care for one another, and discover what it means to be part of a church family.
