At First United Methodist Church of Salisbury, we believe that caring for one another is at the heart of living out Christ’s love. Our Congregational Care ministry provides compassionate support to members and friends through life’s seasons of joy, challenge, and transition.
Our pastors and care team regularly visit members who are homebound or residing in nursing homes. These visits provide prayer, encouragement, and conversation, reminding our loved ones that they remain a vital part of our church family. Communion is also offered for those who desire it, extending the Table of Grace beyond the sanctuary walls.
Our sanctuary and church facilities are available for weddings and funerals, providing a sacred and welcoming space for life’s most meaningful moments. Whether celebrating the covenant of marriage or honoring a life well-lived, our clergy and staff are honored to walk alongside families with care and hospitality.
